How to Create IT Ticket (Detailed)

Steps:

  1. Login to IT Helpdesk Portal
  2. Click on “Create Ticket”
  3. Select Category (e.g., Network, Hardware)
  4. Enter clear subject & description
  5. Attach screenshot
  6. Submit ticket

Best Practice:

  • Always include error message
  • Mention your system name or IP

Avoid:

  • Writing “Not working” only (no details)
